Responsibilities:
- Serve as the top programming and financial subject matter expert on all matters pertaining to the cyber, IT, and network domain.
- Develop and maintain in-depth and current knowledge of MDEP requirements and pertinent issues.
- Prepare and interpret functional guidance for the DRRF Staff, MDEP Managers, and DRRF stakeholding commands.
- Determine operational priorities and adjusts staff assignments to ensure compliance with suspense requirements.
- Coordinate all phases of DRRF programming for twenty Management Decision packages (MDEPs), covering all Army components, containing approximately $4.5 billion per fiscal year.
- Recommend proposals involving high-level policy decisions which have considerable impact on National Defense Programs, private industry, Governmental policy, and Army operations.
