Position Summary
The Financial Analyst will conduct detailed financial analyses, build models, and provide actionable insights to support Vizex’s strategic initiatives. This role requires a mix of quantitative skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen to help drive decision-making across various projects, including Vizex MBA content, client consulting services, and internal financial planning.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling and Forecasting:

• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze company performance and support strategic initiatives.Conduct sensitivity analyses and scenario planning to identify risks and opportunities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track business performance.

Strategic Support:

• Provide financial analysis for projects such as equity research, valuation, and deal sourcing for acquisitions or investments.Collaborate with the Vizex MBA team to develop content-driven financial insights, focusing on topics like company strategy and industry trends.

Consulting and Advisory:

• Assist in financial advisory projects, including small business consulting, investment evaluations, and cash flow optimization.Support management consulting efforts by providing in-depth financial analysis and recommendations.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Present findings to both internal teams and external clients in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.Work closely with leadership to develop strategies and execute initiatives effectively.

• Key Qualifications
  Education:
  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or management consulting.
• Experience in corporate finance, data analytics, or marketing-focused financial projects is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in financial modelling and tools like Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal).Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a bonus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
