- Familiar with accounting & reporting principles
- Excellent Excel skills

- Experience in SAP would be beneficial

Responsibilities:
- Provide monthly & quarterly reporting related to FP&A and measure progress against the plan;
- Provides transactional support to the FP&A team;
- Supports the P&L Lead & Cash Flow Lead with ad-hoc financial analysis and act as support for the FP&A team;
- Prepares monthly reports for decision making, performs checks & provides variance analysis;
- Assists with various tasks during the month-end process, performs data quality checks & ensures accuracy of financial reporting;
- Preparing variance analysis on balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports;
- Is in charge with industry specific reporting important for decision making;
- Continuously review processes & implement improvements in the FP&A area;
- Play an active role in building an accurate financial structure for profitability analysis & maintain strong controls around the process;
- Observe trends, challenge the business owners regarding the cost structure, trends;
- Contribute to the budgeting process;
