Zur Unterstützung unseres VPS Business Planning and Controlling Teams in Troisdorf, suchen wir einen aktuell einen Financial Analyst (w/m/d) in Vollzeit. Wir suchen ein Teammitglied, das mit hohem wirtschaftlichem Interesse den Wertschöpfungsprozess begleitet und die eigenen Sichtweisen und Erkenntnisse zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer Aktivitäten einbringt. Umfassende kommunikative Fähigkeiten sind erforderlich, um kommerzielle Impulse einzubringen und voranzutreiben.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem VP of Global Field Operations und seinem Führungsteam, um tägliche Entscheidungen proaktiv zu beeinflussen und die Bereichsstrategie mitzugestalten
• Erstellung monatlicher Managementberichte sowie die Entwicklung und Pflege von Rahmenbedingungen für Quartals- und Jahresbudgets
• Definition von Geschäftszielen und Nachverfolgung sowie die Durchsetzung derer durch detaillierte Finanzanalysen sowie detaillierte Abweichungs- und Ad-hoc-Analysen
• Mitwirkung bei der monatlichen und vierteljährlichen Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach IFRS und des Reportings der Ergebnisse an die Business Partner
• Definition von Budget und Forecasts in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Business Partnern
• Bewertung und Vorantreiben von Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen, Synergien und Produktivität

Stellenanforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzen oder verwandten Bereichen; Masterabschluss ist von Vorteil
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Aufgaben
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Prognoseerfahrung sowie die Fertigkeit, finanzielle Auswirkungen/ Geschäftsauswirkungen klar zu kommunizieren
• Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenbank-Apps (Access oder gleichwertig), Berichterstellung (QlikView, Jedox, o.ä.) und Erfahrung mit Power BI sind von Vorteil
• Fähigkeiten zur Priorisierung von Aufgaben und Management interner Projekte
• Fortgeschrittene MS Excel und ERP/ SAP Kenntnisse
• Aufgeschlossenheit und ausprägtes Interesse an Geschäftsabläufen und -prozessen
• Teamplayer mit Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Einflussnahme auf Business Partner
• Exzellente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
