EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance Req

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience Required and
• Prior ESOP Experience is preferred but not required. Preferred and
• International Business experience is preferred but not required. Preferred and
• Datarails experience Required

• Consolidated world-wide financial compilation and reporting.
• Assist with world-wide audit and tax compliance, including Employee Benefit plans and related Form 5500 filings.
• Staff Accountant/Analyst for Corporate entities.
• Corporate Secretary support duties such as external corporate communications to the Board of Directors, Presidents of operating units, and President of Wood-Mizer Holdings, Inc.
• Corporate Treasury support duties such as day-to-day treasury management, monthly bank reporting, business insurances, etc.
• Backup for specific duties of the Finance Supervisor.
