Description:

Location: Jeddah, Mecca and Madinah, KSA.
Project Duration: 14 months.

The Financial and Administrative Consultant in the health sector is responsible for providing expert financial and administrative guidance to healthcare organizations. This role focuses on optimizing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency. The consultant will analyze current financial practices, recommend improvements, and implement strategies that align with the organizations goals in the health sector.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial and administrative roles, with experience in the healthcare sector preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles and best practices in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve financial and administrative processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to support the organizations financial health.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that enhance cost-efficiency and resource allocation within healthcare operations.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare financial regulations, standards, and policies.
  • Assess and improve administrative workflows to enhance operational efficiency in healthcare settings.
  • Provide guidance on cost control measures, financial planning, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to align financial and administrative practices with the organizations goals.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify gaps in financial or administrative practices and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare detailed reports, financial analyses, and presentations for stakeholders to support decision-making.
