Lightspeed is seeking a full-time, customer-centric and energetic person to join the team as a Billing Support Specialist in our Amsterdam office. Reporting to the Team Lead for Customer Support, you will be responsible for supporting our customers for tasks related to subscription and invoice related topics across all of our products offered in EMEA.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Resolve billing, subscription, reconciling orders, contracts, and payments.
  • Validate and update customer account information.
  • Manage terminations and outstanding payment issues.
  • Exceed SLAs for customer contacts with same-day response goals. Document and track issues in CRM.
  • Expertly use CRM (Salesforce) to resolve internal and external billing and subscription problems.
  • Collaborate with teams to address customer issues.
  • Consolidate feedback on system inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

What you need to bring:

  • Experience in an administrative or sales support role;
  • Fluency in Dutch and working proficiency in English;
  • Stellar time management and organization skills;
  • Obsessive attention to detail;
  • A thorough and methodical approach to your work.

Even better if you have…

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Zendesk is a plus;
  • French or German language skills;
  • Passion for technology;
  • ECommerce, Retail or Restaurant experience.
