JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive organizational growth.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess business opportunities and sustainability.
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights into market trends, business development opportunities, and recommend growth strategies.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align the company’s strategic direction with market demands.
• Analyse proposals and present it to clients

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis abilities
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Business Process analysis and improvement
• Ability to gather and document Business Requirements
• Attention to detail and critical thinking capabilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• 5-7 years of experience in business strategy, feasibility studies, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions.
• Experience in conglomerates or related industries is an advantage.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Lagos. The Business Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and utilizing strong analytical and communication skills to support project initiatives.
