Compensation : $90-110k + bonus

JOB OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Analyst with a strong background in SAP and extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, optimizing business processes, and providing strategic insights to support our client’s growth and efficiency.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or business analysis within the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience working with SAP, specifically in modules related to finance and manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting : Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
SAP System Utilization : Leverage SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, PP, etc.) to gather and analyze data. Implement and optimize SAP processes to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Manufacturing Process Analysis : Analyze manufacturing costs, product costing, and inventory valuation. Work closely with production and operations teams to understand and improve manufacturing processes.
Strategic Business Support : Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and industry best practices. Support business units with ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling.
Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications :Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
