REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business or finance controlling, with a preference for production controlling experience.
- Familiarity with AB Volvo financial reporting processes and systems is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Analysis: Dive deep into monthly actuals, providing insightful analysis to drive decision-making.
- Closing Excellence: Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Forecasting: Proactively support direction setting and strategic actions through a robust forecasting process.
- Collaborative Leadership: Actively participate in management teams, translating financial impacts into actionable insights and challenge/support the organization.
- BI Implementation: Drive the implementation of BI solutions for enhanced financial analysis and reporting.
