Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a talented and proactive Financial Business Intelligence Analyst to play a key role in maintaining and continuously improving our performance management systems. You will collaborate closely with the IT team to enhance our Business Performance Management (BPM) solution, and ensure our performance reporting technology (SPOT - Single Point of Truth) remains efficient and effective. This role is crucial in providing insights to the Leadership Team, helping them spot emerging trends and make data-driven decisions.
As a core member of our Planning Team, you will be the go-to expert for our reporting tools, specifically Cockpit (powered by Tableau), making a significant impact on global performance reporting.
EXPERIENCE
- Tableau advanced
- Excel advanced
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Dashboarding (50+ Operational KPIS)
- English advanced (written & spoken)
SKILLS
- Proven experience in Management Reporting. Tableau expertise
- Proven experience / appetitive in the leverage/exploitation/development of systems
- Role will face a number of issues that require evaluative thinking, where depth of experience will be a key factor
- Ability to operate and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups / boundaries
- Tactical/functional/system decision making without day-to-day reference to Manager. Able to work autonomosly

Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing our BPM system, designing the Cockpit interface, and enhancing its integration with the SPOT database.
- Developing intuitive dashboards that provide end-to-end reporting on financial performance with detailed drill-down capabilities across global, sector, business unit, and market unit levels.
- Leading the design and deployment of a unified reporting framework, creating harmonized dashboards to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Continuously improving tools and systems, proactively identifying opportunities for upgrades to meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Leading the prioritization and implementation of system updates and developments.
- Acting as the training lead, ensuring users across Europe understand and maximize the tools’ capabilities by developing comprehensive training materials and delivering interactive sessions
