Description:
- Data entry of all accounting records in system.
- Verifies and matches prices, quantities, discount terms, description and mathematical accuracy of all invoices against purchase order and receiving reports.
- Posting financial transactions using appropriate computer software.
- Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks for approval.
- Provide clerical support in maintenance customers files.
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.
- Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.
- Assisting in reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records.
- Assisting with tax payments and filing.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Associate or Technical Degree in Accounting.
Minimum three (3) month’s experience in any phases of accounting.
Microsoft office Excell (must).
This position provides support for the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining accurate financial records and must work with attention to detail
