The Role
Overview: Aswaar Consulting is a professional services firm founded in 2014 and specializing in business and financial advisory. Our key service lines are Tax Advisory and Compliance, Corporate Finance Transaction Support, Business Advisory Services, and Business Process Outsourcing and Support Services. Job Description: Audit and Consulting Experience: - Carried statutory audits and consulting assignments for clients - Carrying financial due diligence - Preparation of financial statements - Assist in strategic financial decision-making processes. Financial Analysis: - Conduct a detailed review of the financials. - Preparing Management Information Systems (MIS). - Financial Modelling and preparing financial forecasts - Advising clients on the financial management. - Handling clients’ books of accounts. Client Relationship Management: - Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and a client-centric approach. - Conduct client consultations, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. - Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights into both tax and financial aspects of their business.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) will be preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field with an audit or management consulting firm. - Real estate developer accounting and finance experience mandatory. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
