Description:

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant with substantial experience in financial management.
  • Proven experience in leading financial operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to generate actionable financial insights.
  • Excellent understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at various organisational levels.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

  • Experience within the construction, sustainability, or consultancy sectors.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and financial planning tools like Anaplan.
  • Track record of implementing process improvements and driving change.
