Requirements:

• Min Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Min 10 years’ financial management / business controlling experience
• Strong knowledge in financial modelling and performance analysis techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business goals and optimize resource use.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and recommend strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.
• Lead cost management and productivity initiatives for sustainable growth.
• Deliver financial insights to inform long-term decisions and manage financial risks.
• Ensure effective internal controls and coordinate with outsourced auditors.
• Oversee treasury functions, including bank balance monitoring and risk minimization, while maintaining strong banking relationships.
• Strengthen the organization’s financial management capabilities.
• Provide support for ad hoc projects as needed.
