JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple financial functions while providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in corporate accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of debits, credits, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with GAAP principles and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in financial report writing and analysis.
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Previous experience using Oracle NetSuites or similar accounting software is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present financial information to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Oversee corporate accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls.
  • Conduct account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Develop financial forecasts and budgets to guide business planning.
  • Prepare detailed financial report writing for management review and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiency.
  • Utilize Sage software for accounting processes and reporting.
