twentyAI are excited to be partnered with a leading financial services business in Dublin who are looking to bring in a Financial Controller on an intial six-month contract to assist in looking after the Irish side of the business.
The business are a Private Equity-backed investment service provider, which has been growing exponentially over the past few years, through organic and inorganic channels. The focus will be on financial accounting and supporting local requirements. There is a large programme of change across the business, including an ERP implementation, and liquidation and merger activity.
The role will focus on general ledger accounting and accounts revievable. Support is also needed on reconcilliation and settlement of intercompany balances, as well as broader transaction accounting, across the group during the course of the legal entity rationalisation.
The business likes individuals who can operate autonomously. They are a fast-paced company who need people that are willing to get stuck in and take the initiative. They don’t need people that need to be told what to do every step of the way, but rather someone who can proactively solve problems before being asked to. The business is in the midst of largescale transformation, and someone who’s experience lies predominantly in larger PLC environments may struggle with the fast-paced nature of this environment.
They are looking for a chartered accountant with experience in Financial Services to come in immediately. This will be a six-month contract, with the expectation being that it will become a permanent job at the end of the contract.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Financial services experience is highly desirable.
• Must be very comfortable in Excel.
• Must be available within four weeks.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
