For immediate employment, we are looking for an Financial Controller – Europe for our International Headquarter in Schengen, Luxembourg.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute, with skills in financial reporting and budgeting. They thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about professional growth.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of controlling
  • Willing to go on occasional trips abroadProficient in English skills, both spoken and written. Other languages are considered an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting : Optimization and presentation of accurate monthly situation and reporting to your manager in Luxembourg
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Create annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with your counterparts in the subsidiaries
  • Financial Analysis & Cost Management: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies, and coordinating external audit
  • Internal audit : visit of subsidiaries when necessary (1 or 2 subsidiary per year)
  • Cash Flow Management : Monitoring cash flow & managing liquidity
