JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage and oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial information, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting and bookkeeping.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor the company’s cash flow, investments, and financial planning.
• Coordinate and manage the annual audit process.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, etc.) is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry is a plus.
