Our customer is a leading financial services company dedicated to providing innovative and reliable Insurance Premium Funding solutions.
They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Financial Controller to join their finance team. The Financial Controller will play a critical role in maintaining financial stability, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing valuable financial insights to support the company’s growth.
As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management and reporting. Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), you will lead a team of finance professionals and work collaboratively with various departments to drive financial excellence.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or ICAA certification is preferred.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior finance role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements specific to the financial services sector.
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
