Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced full-time Financial Controller to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with a strong background in finance and accounting, and preferably hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations of the company and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, manage banking relationships, and optimize working capital to support the company’s operations.
• Coordinate and communicate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Conduct financial analysis and perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the finance team and provide guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure professional development and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in financial operations.

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Master’s degree preferred
• Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a must
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and procedures
• Proficiency in financial management software and Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team
• Knowledge of Dubai financial regulations and tax laws
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Proven track record of managing a team and overseeing financial operations.
