JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an established Financial Controller to lead the financial operations based in our Lincoln office. This role is pivotal in ensuring robust financial governance, strategic insights, and efficient processes in a growing and dynamic Intellectual Property Law firm. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial matters within the business, developing internal control policies and processes, and be comfortable working autonomously. You will also collaborate with the Director on a daily basis, along with a supportive and innovative team of Lawyers and Solicitors committed to both personal and professional growth within the IP Law sector.
This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the Lincoln office.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
  Work Location: Lincoln (minimum three days in the office)
