Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage 10SB’s financial resources, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goals. The FC will oversee financial transactions, systems, and compliance with regulations, while supporting global finance teams and senior leadership to drive profitable growth for US entities. Key Responsibilities:Team Management:
Provide clear direction and delegate tasks to the finance team, both short- and long-term.
Address team issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct annual performance reviews and mentor team members to maximize their potential.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

10+ years as a finance executive or in a comparable role at a major corporation.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
Strong management experience required.
Experience in a partnership environment is a plus.
International experience is highly preferred.
