ROLE OVERVIEW:

As Financial Controller, you will oversee all hotel accounting and financial controls, working in alignment with corporate policies and local regulations. Your proactive approach will help manage costs, enhance efficiencies, and support our hotel’s business plan. You’ll also play a crucial role in guiding our finance team, supporting departmental goals, and ensuring our financial integrity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Maximize hotel cash flow through inventory and credit controls.
• Oversee financial operations, enforce controls, and protect assets.
• Provide insights through analysis, monthly inspections, and financial projections.
• Lead receiving and purchasing processes.
• Maintain compliance with local and corporate financial policies.
• Foster a positive work environment and manage effective employee relations.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met across the department.
• Support and implement the company’s mission, vision, and core values in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
