Financial Controller

Main Purpose:
Financial records cleansing and reconciliation, support project results, month-end closing and reporting.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable role
• Experience of leading debtors, creditors and accruals ageing
• Good understanding of Excel is needed
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent teammate with good social skills
• Fast learner and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment
• Flexible attitude and self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and ensure accurate balances and transactions are booked within accounts by currency and nature
• Cleanup, reconciliation and analysis of aged receivables and payables, intercompany entries, accruals and others
• Reconciliations between modules (AP/AR/FA/Others) and G/L
• Support month-end closing activities
• Support Project Lead with Project results such as Reports, Test Data, Test Transactions
• Other reporting and transacting

Key Relationships and Department Overview:
Reporting directly to General Manage
