At WithSecure Finance, we run highly centralized finance services supporting all Group operations. Our Financial Accounting, Tax and Treasury team is a closely knit and diverse group of professionals located in Helsinki and Malaysia. In our operational model, we aim for high efficiency, quality and continuous development. Utilizing finance systems in the best possible way to reach our goals is at the core of our daily work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure consistent application of WithSecure’s revenue recognition policy and other relevant rules and regulations applicable for the O2C processes across the company;
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of WithSecure’s credit risk policy and related processes;
• Support the development of our O2C processes and systems, including customer invoicing, accounts receivable and cash collection;
• Prepare and/or review financial reporting related to accounts receivable and our Group credit control; and
• Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place and operate effectively across the O2C processes
• Perform revenue related day to day activities
