SUMMARY:

In this assignment, you will:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Financial Crimes
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Financial Crimes challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables
Strategically collaborate and consult with Wells Fargo personnel

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption experience
• Experience overseeing financial crimes processes
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate risks and to communicate relevant risk to the business in a simple, decisive, timely and market-appropriate manner
• OFAC sanctions experience
• Customer identification experience
• Remediation
• Former Wells Fargo experience is a plus
