Description:

The data analyst will be responsible for managing and analysing data on the Promoforce (PF) system, addressing queries with the execution specialist (ES) team, and ensuring accurate and timely promoter payments. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining effective communication and interpersonal relations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulae (e.g., IF functions, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in handling financial data and reconciliation is a plus.
Knowledge of BEE compliance and payroll processing is advantageous
