For our Procurement Team we are currently looking for a Financial Data Reporting Lead.
As a Financial Data Raporting Lead you will enable and drive digital process within Global Procurement. Enhance current process and transform into digital. Manage current procurement applications and data to support organization in procurement journey

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to drive Corporate Digital Procurement Tools
  • Design & optimize global procurement processes (S2C & P2P) using digital tools
  • Lead blueprints, UAT of projects and act as project manager
  • Help developing reporting tools within our system landscape, by collaborating with internal teams to design solutions that improve reporting and data management
  • Supporting users in tool usage and solving the issues by interacting with IT, Tool provider, users, process owners,
  • Tracking and monitoring of status of enhancement requested to tool provider,
  • Performing of requested sanity checks on the data present in the tools,
  • Preparation and constant updates of training decks for indicated tools,
  • Users training and introduction to new tools
  • Supporting rollouts of the tools in case of perimeter extensions
  • Super user - maintenance and setting of user profiles in the procurement tools
  • Reviewing/checking/setting the users for workflows used in the tools – if applicable
  • Support procurement team on saving calculation and validation, reporting and reconciliation using PBI & Procurement savings reporting tools
  • Performing analyses evaluating procurement and supply chain / logistic data and processes
