Job Description: As a Financial Debt Advisor at Spergel, you will play a crucial role working closely with clients to assess their financial situations, provide tailored solutions, and guide them toward long-term financial stability. You’ll play a vital role in helping individuals take control of their debt and achieve financial freedom. Your primary responsibilities will include:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in debt relief services (Bankruptcy / Consumer Proposals / Consolidation) and consulting is preferred
  • Proven track record in client service and building trust-based relationships.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct confidential consultations with clients to evaluate their financial situations.
  • Provide expert advice on options such as consumer proposals, bankruptcy, and budgeting strategies.
  • Develop tailored action plans to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Build strong client relationships by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
  • Stay up to date on relevant debt relief regulations and financial services.
  • Work collaboratively with the Licensed Insolvency Trustees (LITs) to finalize client plans.
