JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Financial Management Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing information to the Board of Directors, Management, and staff to determine whether the institution has the tools to achieve its objectives. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in administrative sciences or in another appropriate university discipline
• Two years of experience in budget management over the last five years (knowledge of the health network an asset)
• Knowledge of MédiSolution and Avantage applications an asset
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Professional affiliation: Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants (CPA) an asset

• Participate in the budgetary process and resulting analyses
• Advise and support managers in their financial management
• Develop and plan the necessary budgets for various organizational projects
• Carry out analyses and make recommendations for the organization’s financial files
• Participate in process review
