POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and proficiency in accounting software.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College diploma or certificate in accounting/bookkeeping preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive bookkeeping experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience with Sage50 considered a strong asset
• Work experience in the performing arts sector considered an asset
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  Job Type: Part-time
  Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
