REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree and 10 years of comprehensive financial and administrative experience. A Masters Degree and 8 years of experience will also be considered.
• Prior experience in Government Contracting
• Prior experience in Financial Planning or Forecasting
• Working knowledge of ASC606, GAAP, SoX and other regulatory controls
• US Citizenship

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Costpoint
• Experience with PRISM/Hyperion
• Experience with Firm Fixed Price Contracts
• Experience with Time and Materials Contracts
• Experience with Cost Type Contracts
• Current DoD Security Clearance

• Superior ability to provide finance consultation to senior managers within area of expertise.

Superior understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

• Strong leadership and staff development skills Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Peraton is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead the financial planning and reporting function for the Cyber Mission Sector. This will be a virtual position with occasional travel to key Peraton locations.
The FP&A Manager partners with the Sector Vice President of Finance and organizational leaders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the Sector’s financial reporting. This role requires significant interfacing with Executive leadership and the ability to effectively communicate across functions and organizational layers. The FP&A Manager will not initially have any direct reports.
