Description:

We are on the lookout for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on the development of new financial planning and reporting procedures, maintaining our financial data warehouse, and providing critical analysis on company results. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those skilled in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new financial planning and reporting procedures.
  • Maintain and manage the financial data warehouse and Business Intelligence tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed analysis on company results to provide key insights.
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with Senior Management to provide insights on company performance through financial modeling.
  • Ensure the chart of accounts is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage risk for various types of insurance.
  • Support audit functions by providing necessary information and documentation.
  • Utilize various software systems, including 3M, CRM, EPM, and Adaptive Insights, to perform accounting functions.
  • Manage the annual budget and budget processes for the business unit.
  • Oversee capital management activities.

  • Proficiency in various Accounting Software Systems.
  • Manufacturing experience required
  • Experience in developing and managing an Annual Budget.
  • Familiarity with various Budget Processes and their implementation.
  • Experience in managing a Business Unit and understanding its financial needs.
  • Knowledge and experience in Capital Management.
  • Strong technical skillset with software’s such as: PowerBI, Tableau, Excel.
