We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in the Finance department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Berlin office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, annual and long-term planning with the support of key departments (e.g. Sales, Ops, Engineering & Product ,etc.)
- Provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and key business metrics to cross-company operating teams
- Prepare ad-hoc reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market data
- Participate in strategic finance projects (e.g. M&A, Debt/Equity financing, capital allocation etc.)
- Build bottom-up analyses to drive better investment decisions and optimal resource allocation
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate with business leaders to become a trusted advisor
- Track strategic and financial objectives and gain key insights into spend trends
- Devise and continuously improve the group wide budgeting schemes and financial and operational forecasts
- Prepare ad-hoc reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing market data
- Work closely with business teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and that budgets align with corporate goals.
- Encourage financial accountability across the organization, raising awareness among teams of the financial implications of their activities and decisions.
