FP&A Intern in Pernod Ricard Italia
In Pernod Ricard, we are committed to formulating impactful financial strategies that resonate throughout our operations and support our business.
We are currently in search of a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis Team for a six-month internship. The role of FP&A Intern is a blend of recurring tasks and ad hoc activities, providing a comprehensive learning experience in finance.
Some of your responsibilities

Monthly P&L processing:

  • Elaborate the monthly P&L top-line using different IT tools (ERP / BI)
  • Prepare reports to support local management on business performance review

Comments on performance:

  • Prepare a draft of monthly qualitative comments to be sent to local management and Group HQ
  • Support the processing of bi-monthly comments on specific Brands performance

Opening of new SKUs (new products):

  • Be part of the process of creation of new SKUs, collecting information from other departments and calculating the SKUs profitability

Transversal support to the FP&A team and ad-hoc analyses:

  • Transversal support to the whole FP&A team on different topics (such as sales, marketing expenses, industrial controlling, cash flow) depending on requests that may come also from other departments (sales, marketing, trade spend)
  • Provide support on the new global EPM transaction.

What we look for
Financial and Technical Expertise. A candidate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, specialized in Administration, Finance, or Controlling, you have an educational background which is complemented by a keen analytical mind as well as a detail-oriented approach. You are able to use Excel at an advanced level and feel comfortable with numbers.
Language Proficiency. You are fluent in English and are able to effectively communicate in a diverse environment. A good knowledge of Italian is a plus.
