Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including consolidated financial statements, cost accounting, cash flow planning, and profit & loss analysis.
• Create and execute efficient budgets, involving receipt planning, strategic cost allocation, and maximizing company funds.
• Conduct thorough financial control, encompassing evaluate the effectiveness of existing financial system and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure financial stability and drive sustainable growth.
• Provide data-driven insights and support informed decision-making through robust financial analysis.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile financial data and address any discrepancies.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a financial or financial analyst role.
• In-depth understanding of financial reports and ratio analysis.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
