Description:
Group Business Control (GBC) is responsible for group financial planning, reporting & analysis, business intelligence and mergers & acquisitions. GBC leads Nokia group level performance management, target setting, capital allocation and enterprise risk management, provides single, independent and neutral view of Nokia addressable markets and competitive position to support corporate and business group decision making, and owns the mergers and acquisitions process.
Performance Management and Enterprise Risk Management is a team within GBC responsible for ensuring relevant, actionable and holistic transparency on Nokia business performance including target setting and driving Nokia-wide enterprise risk management.
- Drives business performance and provides advanced decision support to leaders
- Responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis for selected areas and challenges the organization in financial and business performance-related issues.
- Performs financial analysis to support performance management and strategic decision making
- Creates high quality management presentations summarizing key insights for leadership
- Establishes productive relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Acts as a subject matter expert and is an acknowledged authority both within and outside own organizational unit.
- Master’s degree in finance, industrial engineering, or similar relevant field.
- Highly skilled in quantitative financial analysis.
- Skills in modern analytical methods and tools, artificial intelligence and machine learning and application of them to finance processes are a clear asset.
- Proven track record of creating impactful analysis.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in finance.
