TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 - 5 years of progressive finance experience. Exceptional financial analytics background, advanced modeling skills, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate must possess the following skills and characteristics:
• Bachelors’ degree in related field (MBA a plus)
• Solid understanding of finance and accounting
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel)
• Knowledge of Oracle and/or Anaplan a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface with people at all levels
• Be proactive, a self-starter, results-oriented and a team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and to maintain strict confidentiality
• Ability to maintain poise and a sense of humor in stressful situations
• Willingness and ability to work extra hours if necessary

• Support the management of the annual budget and monthly forecast process within Anaplan
• Preparation and review of the monthly and quarterly metrics and scorecards.
• Collect and analyze key drivers of performance and compare actual results versus budget/forecast
• Develop and/or assist in the creation or improvement of various financial and capacity models for product lines, cost centers and/or companies.
• Provide business owners and senior leaders with financial analysis to drive decision making including project costing and return on investment studies
• Assist in preparation of presentations for CEO/CFO, Executive Leadership Team, Board of Directors.
• Become proficient in the use of the companies’ budgeting, forecasting and reporting software Anaplan
• Become proficient in the use of the company’s current general ledger Oracle
• Other duties as assigned
