As a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting financial processes such as budgeting, planning, and reporting. Acting as a trusted partner to budget owners and department heads, you’ll contribute to maintaining the company’s financial health through data-driven insights and analysis.
This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience looking to expand their expertise in financial planning and analysis while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for finance-related support to budget owners and department heads.
  • Assist in managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Conduct variance analyses and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support staff cost planning, collaborating with senior leadership to manage this process efficiently.
  • Partner with multiple departments to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the implementation of financial planning and reporting tools.
  • Assist in preparing management reports and materials for decision-making.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analyses as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial controlling, or a related role.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with Power BI and/or financial planning tools.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Experience in business partnering or staff cost planning is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
