WHY WE NEED YOU
AQMetrics is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to oversee automated Financial Reporting delivered to AQMetrics customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our customers with the reporting under UK GAAP to various regulators in the UK, Ireland and the EU.
This is an opportunity for a Financial Reporting expert to gain knowledge on other reporting requirements and global regulations within a fast-growing FinTech company and to assist in building out new product offerings .
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with our customers to understand the schedule and requirements for their automated financial reporting.
- Engage with these customers and onboard them successfully onto the AQMetrics platform.
- Liaise with our customers to collect the data in accordance with the financial reporting calendar.
- Support our customers in uploading the financial reporting data to the platform, helping our customers to resolve any validations and queries that may arise with the financial reports.
- Assess, develop and maintain standard operating procedures and controls, robust documentation, and change management approach for all financial reporting.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on any data or reporting queries, including the customer, internal engineering teams and the regulatory authorities. Monitor and track issues to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the financial reports are preserved.
- Be a subject matter expert in financial reporting, assessing and monitoring changes as they evolve from the regulatory authorities.
