Description:

Retirement Unlimited, Inc is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to assist in analyzing and executing financial information, reporting, and month end close duties for a fast paced growing company.
Possess a bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of one to three years’ experience in financial analysis or reporting. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in MS Office PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial reports for individual RUI’s communities and consolidated results including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
  • Prepare operational and financial KPI reports and scorecards
  • Prepare monthly census, rent roll and apartment mix reports
  • Prepare weekly ancillary revenue and business office compliance reports
  • Run the End of Month A/R reports for all Communities and analyze aging, facilitating national and regional reviews
  • Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial and census presentation sides
  • Assist with implementation of new financial software, reconciling data and assisting with report design
  • Assist with annual financial budgeting process
  • Ad hoc income statement reporting and analysis
