Responsibilities:

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for ensuring that financial and regulatory reporting are completed with high quality and in a timely manner. The role will involve working with different functions internally and directly with the auditors

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Responsible for the delivery of all reporting, including standalone and Consolidated annual accounts under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS, regulatory returns to the CAA, BCL, ACA and other regulatory returns
  • Responsible for the review/preparation of monthly IFRS adjustment and IFRS reporting to the Group
  • Take the lead on key technical accounting issues and prepare accounting memo addressing non-routine transactions
  • Involve in key strategic projects
  • Participate actively in the automation of financial systems and reports
  • Plan and manage the year-end audit and the interim review and manage any queries from the Auditors
  • Supervise and assist in the training and development of staff

Motivate and develop team members to deliver a high level of performance using company performance management practice (tools/process/behaviour) including goal setting, monitoring performance through regular check-ins, performance reviews and development plans
