Job Description
- Take responsibility: Full support of the development areas with a focus on financial reporting of funding project.
- Responsible for the financial part of publicly funded projects (implementation & monitoring).
- Competence and interface: Commercial expertise on national and EU funding instruments. interface to the internal development areas and direct contact with funding bodies and authorities
- Implement reliably: Preparation of the commercial documents of funding projects (submission, processing, final accounting, and auditing) and support in controlling the development areas.
- Coordinate conscientiously: You support in defining and achieving the funding goals.
- Drives continuous improvements in process optimization and harmonization.
- The position is assigned to the Bosch Engineering Center in Cluj-Napoca, and the activities will primarily be conducted within the Engineering Center.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified controlling practice in a corporate/public/consultancy environment with public funding (e.g., research premium, FFG, Horizon2020).
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Finance & Accounting.
- University degree in Finance & Accounting.
- Commercial expertise on national and EU funding instruments.
- Affinity for dealing with data and BI/BW systems.
- Interface to the internal development areas and direct contact with funding bodies and authorities
- Language knowledge: fluent English.
- Very good IT knowledge (MS Office) necessary.
- Knowledge in SAP or other ERP Systems preferred.
- Reliable, accurate, team oriented, able to work under time pressure.
