After successfully establishing its European headquarters in Frankfurt a.M., Banque Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG is seeking to hire a Financial Risk Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen its European Risk team. This is a unique opportunity to join a prestigious firm at an exciting time and help build up a pan-European Risk function.

You will report to the Head of Financial Risk within the BPAG Risk & Compliance department. As part of the Financial Risk team you will play a strong role in contributing to the management of BPAG’s risk profile and the continual development of its risk management framework. You will work closely with colleagues in the Finance and Risk & Compliance departments in Frankfurt, the Treasury and Financial Risk teams in Luxemburg, as well as colleagues from the Risk unit at the Pictet Group’s head office in Geneva.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the measurement and modelling of financial risks and non-financial risks.
- Contribute to the development of the Bank’s risk framework as a continuous management steering tool.
- Provide the Bank’s governing bodies with quarterly integrated risk reporting, including stress test results for relevant risk exposures.
Contribute to the Bank’s ICAAP, pillar 3 and recovery planning annual review cycles, prepare relevant documentation and present the results for approval by the Bank’s governing
bodies.
Contribute to the maintenance and performance of the Bank’s stress testing programme for ICAAP and recovery planning purposes.
- Contribute, as required, to risk analysis when launching new products/services from a financial risk perspective.
- Perform regulatory watches and stay abreast of market best practices concerning financial risk.
