Location: Manchester
Type: Permanent
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 Per Annum (plus excellent benefits)
We are actively hiring for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to work for our client a very successful and growing UK wide commercial finance business, this is an office based role working in their Manchester City Centre office.
The role is to provide administration support across all aspects of the client relationship, delivering excellent customer service and dealing with a wide range of queries. This person will be client focused, supporting and assisting a range of UK based SME businesses, typically asset secured with short to medium term facilities ranging from £50k to £5 million.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Relationship Managers portfolio in all aspects of the clients journey and experience
- Manage client files on the CRM system, including collating necessary documents during the onboarding process and throughout the client’s lifecycle
- Prepare and complete client files to support client reviews for increasing, extending or exiting facilities
- Monitor and report on client risk management, escalating concerns as necessary
- Work collaboratively to improve and maintain operational efficiency
- Understand and demonstrate the regulatory framework relevant to the role
The suitable candidate must have proven experience in a administration role ideally working in financial services or banking, you must have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
