Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Slalom is currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive business results in the financial services industry across the UK.
The individual in this role will serve Slalom’s clients across the UK as our financial services sales executive, building and executing predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based, team-selling corporate culture and be passionate about delivering positive outcome-based work for clients and growing the Slalom brand.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Partner with other Slalom practice counterparts to build strategic relationships with prospective clients
  • Establish, manage, and maintain successful client relationships, identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing client base.
  • Drive business development for both existing and net new clients, collaborating with sales, account, and practice leaders.
  • Drive client discovery in partnership with account and practice leaders, qualifying timing, and budget to align proposals with client expectations.
  • Articulate desired business outcomes and define win themes based on competition.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients, managing mutual close plans.
  • Build strong regional market relationships.
