BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE & BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES:

• Overall 5 - 7 years of experience
• Business and finance (accounting, controlling) background
• Financial system and process oriented
• Experience in ERP rollout is a plus
• Knowledge of the SAP processes is preferable
• Project management skills (planning, progress tracking, resource management, risk management, organization)
• Good experience in managing change in complex and international contexts
• Ability to manage development projects from inception to successful implementation.
• Project management certifications appreciated (PMP / PRINCE II /Nissan’s PMway2 / V-Up methods / 6 Sigma etc.)
• Automotive background is a plusFluent in English.
