YOUR IDEAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience in a finance systems role, with strong knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is highly desirable.
  • Strong data management, reporting, and system administration experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience in providing user training and maintaining system user guides.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for finance systems including Dynamics 365, Concur, and Power BI.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, ensuring their smooth operation and stability.
  • Perform user access controls and system configurations across finance-related platforms.
  • Develop and update system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Run regular system reports, manage monthly audits, and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Assist in system upgrades and contribute to financial transformation projects.
