QUALIFICATIONS
The key qualifications include:
- You have minimum 3-5 years of experience working with finance systems and specifically with ERP solutions (IFS knowledge is not a requirement)
- Experience with SQL and databases is an advance, but not a requirement
Required education/degree:
- You have a relevant background with an education within Finance and/or IT, or a similar field of study
Personal Profile:
- You are a relationship builder and have great skills in stakeholder management
- You are a team player, who has mastered how to cooperate and coordinate broadly with colleagues across functions
- You have a very analytical mindset and can understand complex financial data
- You are goal oriented with high integrity and responsibility in relation to meeting deadlines

Responsibilities:
TEAM AND ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Financial Systems Specialist to take on a key role in the development of the finance system landscape, mainly for our ERP system (IFS). We are currently, looking into several large projects that are of key importance for Terma to secure the scalability that enables us to support a growing business. Short term, we need to move into standard ERP procedures and remove unnecessary customizations, to increase transparency and robustness throughout our processes.
You will become part of the Financial Systems and Power BI department consisting of 8 employees. You will also work closely together with the team in Business Excellence as well as the Global Finance team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities include:
- Management of Finance Systems: Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of financial systems
- System Upgrades and Improvements: Coordinating schedules, planning, testing, and supporting projects related to system upgrades and improvements
- User Support: Providing expert advice and support to system users, suppliers, and external customers
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing new applications or tools
